The service we offer is designed to be flexible to meet the differing needs of each individual.
We are exceptional at placing people at the centre of their care experience - ensuring you are supported to make your own choices and to live the life you want.
We can provide one-to-one support from one hour a week up to 24 hours a day:

- Healthy Lifestyles
- Personal Care
- Community Engagement
Community Groups
We organise social activities and groups to encourage community involvement - perfect for meeting new people and making friends.
You don’t need to book in advance and there is just a small fee every time you go along.

Lisa's Story
"In my early 20’s I started having Outreach Support due to family reasons, it helped me to be more sociable. Summon Bonum introduced me to lots of other activities which has helped me with my confidence.
In my 30’s I decided to move out of my home with mum and dad. Summon Bonum helped me to settle into my new home and help me with being independent.
At first when the March 2020 Lockdown started I felt upset and angry because of the changes that were happening. I found out all the facts that were going to affect me. With the help of my Support Workers we made a list of things that I could do at home so I would be busy.
I feel very proud that I have managed to stay in my own flat during lockdown. With the help of my Support Workers, I’ve surprised lots of people!"

I've got dementia so I forget lots of things, but my carers help me to remember. They help me with my shopping, take me to my hospital appointments and take me to visit my wife in her Care Home.
